Hello CER people , I have to face the reality of the credit crunch and its time to sell my car . For those that dont know "Dave" he is a 1980 Clubamn Estate in black , the modifications are as follows.

1989 12hf mg metro engine worn and a bit smoky but standard pistons/head/cam was@70 bhp
1994 1275 sprite gearbox approx 50k
hif44 carb k&n filter.
Full Maniflow stage 2 LCB and Twin Box LWB system with factory welded stainless...

I have been looking elsewhere for a respectable clubman estate and have been "disappointed". Having now found the register I am hoping there is someone out there who has the car I am looking for. I have no problem with modifications to engine etc, just want sound bodywork. I am aware that sound bodywork means some cosmetic work may be necessary, and no doubt the price would reflect this. Providing the estate can be welded or easy panels to replace and is not oo much of a heap then i will be interested.

Im located in north cornwall and not after anything with mot or tax........just summat to keep me busy while im out of work.

free brown interior bits
not been through them but its varoius trim not a full set,no seats all were in good condition,free to collector

pair of really nice rear quarter bumpers-offers

and a master cylinder,unwrap it tomorrow i think it was new-offers

GRP / Kevlar FRA Mini Shell

Due to a change in plans (going racing in my Lotus next season, and planning to build a steel shelled historic Mini racer for the year after) I am looking to sell my FRA GRP shell.

Will come with bonnet & mk1 style GRP bootlid and GRP door skins. Can be comfortably lifted by two people, about 100KG lighter than a steel shell.
There is Kevlar bonded into the subframe and seat mountings for extra strength.
I have put in a fair bit of work fitting lights, rear valance...

1988 Austin Mini Jet Black with MOT until September 2010. The car is solid and generally in good condition but is not pristine.
There is some rust on the scuttle panel with a small 4mm hole near the corner on the drivers side. There is also a small amount of surface rust on the bottoms of the doors.
There are also some marks in the paint here and there and some minor shopping trolley style dents. I am trying to be as honest as possible unlike many other unscrupulous mini sellers...

I am selling my Clubman saloon, its a 1971 in Aqua blue. The interior is mint and the car is complete except for the engine. The engine was scrapped because it had seized solid and was wrecked, I sourced an early A-Series 998 which is the correct type for the car.

It is still on the original Hydrolastic suspension and all 4 displacers have held pressure for the past 2 years.

This is a perfect base for a show car or a daily driver, it needs sills, possibly front floorpans....
